What the studio keeps, and what it does not sell.
Lukas Vance Enterprises keeps the name, email, city, and messages you send through the fan club, the dispatch, ticket holds, and the shop. Those records live in the studio database so the road team can answer you.
We do not sell addresses. We do not run a quiet advertising exchange. A dispatch email is a letter, and you can ask to be taken off the list by writing management@lukasvance.com.
Orders store a shipping address so a person in Nashville can put a jacket in a box. Ticket requests store a show, a quantity, and whether you asked for the VIP soundcheck. Nothing on this site charges a card.
Accounts use a session cookie so you stay signed in. That cookie is not used to follow you across other sites.
